The Kingdom of Kush has planned a three-phased private "pre-sale" offering of KUSHITECASH Tokens to raise capital for its KUSH DIGITAL ecosystem. Phase 1 will offer a 90% discount, Phase 2 an 80% discount, and Phase 3 a 60% discount to different investor groups. Following the private pre-sale, a public Security Token Offering (STO) will be conducted for KUSHITECASH Tokens on a selected platform, targeting accredited investors and digital national currency investors worldwide, with certain restrictions for U.S. citizens.
